yes, if the offense is sever enough, for example I know of a case where the insured was insured for $100.000 but his offense was so great they ended up paying over one million dollars on a claim,

No, one of the best features of a corporation is that ONLY corportaion assests are liable, person assets of corporation members cannot be confiscated to satisfy corporation debts.
