How do you reformat chao data that is corrupt?

When i try to load my chao data it says...File Not Loaded!... and then it tells me to delete the chao data. How do i reformat the data so i can see my chaos again?

Tch, same thing happened to me! I had to start over! I can't think of a way to do it! Well I wish you luck!
