The best way to stop it is to tell your parents and her parents. The chances are it will cost you your friendship. You have to decide if stopping the party is worth terminating your friendship.

Tell your friend how you feel, and that you just don't want her to get hurt or get in trouble. You can't really stop her, because it's her choice. Do her parents agree with this? Because if she's throwing a party, especially one of this magnitude, they should know about it.

tell her parents what the bracelet colors mean. it is pitiful that children can think up this disgusting game. she is too young, and if the parents allow it, they need to be arrested. or shot.
