Can I install spllit system air conditioner indoor unit to a wall that is an internal wall?

I want to mount the indoor unit to an internal wall, as I have not the room on the wall that has a large window on it, so I need to mount it on the ajacment wall to the window, is there a problem with the drain from the indoor unit,
