It reminds me of that scene in Full Monty... where they're standing in the queue at the post office and start dancing along in sequence!

It probably reminds you of Sheffield miners stripping off, or HRH the Prince of Wales in a dole queue (being Welsh, you're probably familiar with miners and HRH).
Personally, I think of Giorgio Moroder, who remixed it making Donna Summer a hit. He also remixed her other 70s work.

I had the opportunity to visit USA and heard Donna Summer.
