Bush should not be accused of War Crimes. Think of it this way: if you were in his place and someone came and bombed ur country and killed millions of people, would you let it go? if you did, that should be a crime in and of itself. It would be like someone murdering another person, and then the judge saying "oh what the heck, let him go free"! of course you would sentence him to life in prison or whatnot. Bush did the best thing he could in his situation and shouldn't be punished for doing the job YOU appointed him to do. In addion, his decision isn't final. The opinion has to be passed throughout tons of other branches of the government before actually being put into action. If you want him impeached, fire the whole congress.

War crimes are associated with losing a war. George S. Patton and German Feldmarschall "Smiling Albert" Kesselring, were adversaries during WW2. Kesselring was far better liked and admired, but he was judged to be a war criiminal. If we had lost the war, Patton would probably have been hanged by the Germans.

Yes, actually he should. He's one of the few world leaders that has pretty consistently backed torture.
It's really funny that we had to get rid of Saddam because he tortured. See the Bush folks should have kept Saddam in power and used Iraq to send detainees to be tortured in some secret prisons.
We just never seem to think ahead in this country.

Yes! Since he is still in the office I do not think anything is going to happened. In years to come all the horror that he and his adm. has committed will slowly come out. I do not think any of them will ever be tried for war crimes. He will continue being rich and happy and our tax dollars will protect him and pay him for the rest of his life.

No. he has simply put this country in to war, that is his only responsability in this. However, the Generails that command the troops and put them directly in harms way should have answer for there actions. That will not likely happen, but we can allways wish.
