What is the oxidation numbers of the Hydrogen and Nitrogen in this compund HN3

I could be totally wrong on this; it's been a while since I've had chem. But, HN3 is Hydrazoic Acid. Apply what the other answerers were saying for reasons why but:

the oxidation numbers will be:
H = 3
N= -1

Actually HN3 does exist - it's called hydrazoic acid. Hydrogen maintains its oxidation state of +1, and the three nitrogen atoms delocalized the difference, maintaining a charge of +1/3 each.
