Yeah, I'm definitely going to buy it! I've always been a big fan of hers since she was in No Doubt. I've heard the whole CD on AOL and it seems better than LAMB to me. "Now That You Got It" and "U Started It" are some of my favorites from it. I refuse to listen to "Early Winter", "4 In the Morning", and "Wonderful Life" all the way through because they've gotten such high marks I want to have a surprise when I get it. The only track that didn't grow in the beginning was "Orange County Girl". But I like it now. Even "Breakin' Up", what critics called the worst song on the album, is good! It's also a breath of fresh air because two of the songs sound almost reminiscent of No Doubt. "The Sweet Escape", the title track, and "U Started It". It gives hope that she's still got some rocker in her and hasn't completely gone to hip-hop. I give The Sweet Escape two thumbs WAY up!!!

I love this album. Does Gwen ever do anything wrong? Never mind, I take that back. The pictures of her in the booklet really scared me...
Very catchy CD though. She knows what she is doing :-)

I was fortunate to receive an advanced copy- it's AWESOME! I didn't think I would care for it, but I really do. Gonna have to play it again tonight on my headphones.
