Mice are sexual creatures, which means they need a partner like all mammals do. Asexual creatures include mushrooms, fungus, some flowers, etc. But, where there is one mouse, there may be many others. So don't count on your mouse not having a date tonight.

Mice can not reproduce asexually (without a partner). They will only reproduce when a male and female are present and have sexual intercourse.
