I know they make a film for sealing windows for the winter that will keep out, or help, the cold winter weather. Anyone know of it and where to get it? Long ago I was introduced to it and they used a hair dryer to help seal it tight. Thanks.

you can get it at Home Depot, its made by the company 3M. ITs great stuff, but make sure the inside of your window is DRY and the window ledge is DRY before you seal it all up or you will have a problem with mould growth between the window and film when the weather gets warm... :)
