Where can I get underwear/earrings/pajamas with a handcuff pattern in the UK?
P.S. Its for a joke present for a friend. Promise!

Try e-bay. Maybe do a shopping, image, local, or web search for handcuffs. If you could find fabric with handcuffs on them maybe you could have undies or PJs made.
