well... it really depends...

First you need to understand what a search engine is, and how it works.

In the old days of the early internets... people would include indexing at the bottom of the webpage... a shoe website might look like this at the bottom of the page...

socks, shoes, toes, feet, toes, big feet, stinky feet, big shoes, new shoes, good shoes, happy shoes, (etc etc)

Search engines would look through all of the text on the page and then associate it with the text on the page.

Now, this is a real eye sore having all this un needed text on the bottom of the screen... so later meta codes were used by search engines to index what websites where all about....

Meta codes are still in use today... on this page you are viewing now has the following meta codes....

This tells any search engine that is crawling this web page that this website is about yahoo, answers, questions, and the internet.

Well, since it is simple to type meta codes onto a webpage, recently this way of indexing websites on the internet has died down, and new rules have been created...

Now with the modern day web searches being corrupt and becoming businesses,... They "accept bribes" for some websites to be listed above other websites, and the top bidder wins it!

just below the above rule (or the golden rule), they have in place a means of indexing and placing of websites within a search result. The current rule is you can write as much html meta code as you wish, you will only improve your ranking on the search rating by increasing the amount of websites that link to you. This has lead to a great deal of exploitation... for example google bombing and such.

so... now with this information... why is your internet search not pulling up the website. Well... it might be black listed (some websites are never shown in a search result due to personal politics of the search engine)... or, maybe you are searching for it with keywords that are not programmed into that website. Or maybe that website is not ranked high enough for you to be able to find it (because you can not write a simple question in English, I am willing to bet you gave up looking after the first page, because the very notion of numbers beyond 10 is outside of your realm of comprehension)...

None the less, this is the answer to your question, be it that your question was almost illegible and boarder line retarded....
