I'm using the Cyclops incedent for the bad decision unless anyone has a better idea. What is a good scene/desicion to use for the good example? Does anyone have any suggestions? I really need help the paper is due the 4th. Thanks.

Near the end of the book, when Odysseus finally lands in Ithica, he does not immediately run to back to the palace and announce his return. He makes the smart decision to slip into the city incognito as a begger and find out who has remained loyal to him in the decades he has been away.

Hope that helps

Heres a link I used that gave me the best help
when I needed help on Yahoo
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Odyssey#Outline_of_the_plot
But I think one of the good decitions
he made was not giving up on going home.
Even thought he was at Colypsos Island he still stayed
true to himself
about coming home.
Also the promise he left his wife.
Otherwise when he came back she would of
been married.
Or the fact that he became that old man.
BUt you should really try reading the link its
a really good summry

Good Luck, I know that book is hard!

Well the plan of getting out of polyphemos' cave was a good idea. "Odysseus and his companions fastened themselves each under the belly of one of the great sheep within the cave, knowing that the gaint would let them pass out unmolested. And so it was; for, feeling the fleece [for they earlier blinded him] as they passed, he was quite satisfied." I guess the Nobody idea was good as well

A good decision is that he followed the advice to have himself tied up and have all his crew mates stuff their ears when they went by the sirens.
