They obviously aren't selling it in regular stores, only on e-bay, but what I was wondering is when they plan on selling it back in stores. Supposedly its in the Disney Vault, does anyone have any idea when it'll be sold again?

You can always buy one off of Amazon - you can find one used for around $30.
As for new copies hitting stores after being released from the Disney Vault, I have been unable to find any information about it and do not think that they let it out to the general public in advance.

in about 5-20 years. the disney vault means that it wont be in stores for a hella long time . maybe some people will open a store near your area where they sell used ones? i dont know but hopefully they will come out soon .

I worked for Disney, and the average length a movie is in the Vault is usually around 7-10 years...give or take a couple years (sometimes it's longer, sometimes shorter).
Try eBay perhaps?
