Report the seller to e bay and if you paid thru Paypal launch a payment dispute and your money will be returned to you for not receiving the goods. If you didn't use Paypal, it's worth doing so next time as you then get payment protection. E bay can be hit and miss but there are great sellers out there so don't get disheartened. Always check a seller's feedback as that's a good indication of their trustworthiness. Lastly leave negative feedback to alert others.

Before you buy anything off eBay you need to check out the sellers feedback - this will give you a good idea of how reliable they are.
Always pay through PayPal and you have their £500 protection plan.
I have been eBaying for over two years now (and I've bought LOADS) without ANY problems!

Report the item to eBay as unreceived - most sellers give a phone number when you buy of them phone them up
i bought some thing a couple of weeks ago and it did not come - i contacted the seller and it was just a misunderstanding

recently my boyfriend sold a phone on e-bay, through his sisters computer, he got way over the odds for the phone. because it was a scam! from Nigeria. after speaking to regular e-bay users everyone of them said use "u.k only" when selling. we were lucky we got the phone back and the address of the person was traced. most items should take a week to arrive, complain to e-bay then. they can only help, surely, if we give immediate notice what with all the intelligent con-men out there

That's not an e-bay problem. It's a problem with the person from whom you ordered. E-mail ebay, tell them what happend and ask them to investigate why you have not received your merchandise.
There are many scams on e-bay. Buyer Beware!

This has happened to me twice. I have now stopped using eBay because it is full of crooks and con people. EBay does not seem to take any notice either if you complain.

Did you follow up with emails? Phone? It may be too late to leave negative feedback.
If you can't get the problem resolved through the vendor, complain to eBay.

You've probably lost your money and don't think eBay or Paypal will get it back for you. I lost £100 on an item that was never delivered, did I get my money back, did I h**** like.

I've had generally good experiences with e-bay and there is plenty of back up from e-bay if you don't get what you ordered - you just have to look hard on their website for it!
