It is called uninformed and insulated from reality, they are having to much fun and making to much money to care about other people and their problems. Just like illegal immigration they don't have to live in the society that is creates, they live in gated communities or on hilltops, with huge mansions with guards and plenty of police to care for them. They don't live in middle class neighborhoods where they are confronted with everyday problems, other people take care of that for them.
