do you feel like you were born into the wrong body, or do you just enjoy wearing female clothing? if you feel like you shouldve been born a female, your sexual fantasies involve you as a female, you feel humiliated to fill male roles, but feel that you have to to appear normal, then you should accept you are a transsexual and get therapy as soon as possible so you can reach female-hood in the future. tell your parents. TELL them- if the above fits your feelings.
but if you simply enjoy wearing female clothing- then... wear female clothing and dont think about getting gender reassignment surgery. cross-dressing is a very common fetish, and you can easily find support groups for it if you want to talk to others who crossdress.
if i were you id embrace my fetish and try to find a partner who would be okay, even excited about the idea- and that certainly isnt hard to find.
if you want some more info about transsexualism and your journey to womanhood -which would include telling your parents- there are many websites out there to help. here are some links for teens:
http://www.transproud.com/
http://www.antijen.org/
the first link is especially nice.

You could just be into cross-dressing.
You didn't mention which sex you were actually attracted to, so it's a bit hard to tell you whether becoming a woman is something you really want to look into or not.
By the sounds of it your fascination with wearing women's clothes and that you spend so much time around women is what is influencing you to think you want to be a woman.
You didn't mention any brothers or guy friends and perhaps that is an additional factor to why you feel this way, because you don't have regular male influences to use as examples.
I think that if you start hanging out with more guys and learning to be more of a guy, you'll be able to sort through your sexual identity a little easier.

I have been down that road myself. First thing you got to do is find a gender therapist that will help you work it out.The reason i say gender therapist is that an other might try to cure you with meds.
If you are truly transgendered that will cause more problem then solve them.
With the help ot the proper therapist you both will work on the situation and find a way to cope with it.
IA source of information you can look into before hand is the Harry Benjamin syndrone and tha Harry benjamin standart of care..
Listed below is a great website that will give you information and realtime support chat with trainned moderators.
I am one of those moderators and have gone for the surgery.

Definitely find a gender therapist in your area. Sort out your gender identity confusion first. Then go from there. And as always, there's a lot of us that have been there online. Someone's usually available to talk.

you need to find a counselor in gender identity issues in your area. try contacting a local gay community center in your town or a nearby city, they will be able to direct you to one that may even be free depending on your situation

Are you in the USA? If so, then find a very large Baptist church, and ask of counseling. The large churches usually have trained (degreed) therapist who will help you for free. There are others but the Baptist are usually the best, or maybe Presbyterian.
