For this name it isn't just the spelling it is the pronounciation. Teressa (tur ess a) Theresa (Tureeesa) Teresa is usually Turaysa.) There are varrying degrees of differences but this is the usual.

I like Teresa. My friends name is Teresa and it is pronounced
(Tear-esa) with a roll of the 'R'. Theresa is also pretty, but it reminds me alot of Mother Teresa; not that there is anything wrong with that.. just kind of old fashioned. I am not as keen on the other two. Just my opinion. Congrats and Good luck.

Theresa is usuallly what most people use.
Teresa I will use it if you are from hispanic heritage.
Terisa and Teressa only if you want to be different. The only problem is that you will have lots of headaches with other people spelling incorrectly.
