No, spot training is when you work out a specific muscle one day, and a different one the next. Sometimes I do 12 sets for a muscle, and i bet others do more, you need strong guns to impress the ladies

It depends on how many pull-ups/ bicep curls u do. You can do a good amount and still get a good workout. But if you do too many u may not get the full workload out of your biceps for the day.
