I have been ovulating since about 7pm last night and just checked again and it seems to me as i am still ovulating checking cm between fingers and it is only stretching about a inch and a half. Had sex yesterday morning around 8:30 and again last night around 9. wont be able to have sex today b/c hubby is at work at the Fire department so he is on 24. IS my chances pretty good for conceiving this time. and if so what are some first signs i can look for? And when can i take a hpt to get a solid answer? thank yall ahead of time for the answers.

Wait until the day your period is suppose to start or the day after and get an E.P.T. test. That can detect up to 4 days before your period is suppose to start. I just found out I was 3 weeks and I haven't had any somptoms yet besides missed period. good luck!

It sounds like you had sex at your most fertile time. Its hard to say what signs to look for of pregnancy because its so different for every woman. For the best results, I'd wait 2 weeks after ovulation or when you expect your period. Any time before that you will most likely get a false negative. Good luck!

same sort if thing happened to me i ovulated from 3-9 am and my man went to work the whole day and we did it that night i think i might have missed it.. but generally u should start having sex a few days before ovulation occurs say maybe from day 10-16 depending on ur cycle length dont you hate that when u ovulate while ur men r at work...lol

I'd say pretty good, take a hpt 72 hours after you've had sex and it should be able to tell.....I think you should go down to the firestation and get a little nookie on his break....just to increase your chances you know? GOOD LUCK!!
