Nope. He could get married to a woman, have kids, but he'd still be gay. Denying a part of himself doesn't make it go away.

I tried and failed miserably. Hurt a couple of very good people in the process. But if you want to try to salvage your soul at the expense of ruining other people's lives, apparently that's OK with God.
By the way, I sure hope some of these religious nuts are praying that God give them some brains. Probably wouldn't hurt to ask for some heart, a little courage and a way out of Oz while they're at it.

no...just like there's no way a straight man can become gay. no one can change or "turn" gay or straight. sexual orientation is not like a light switch. it's not a "choice." it's a natural, genetic variation. like eye color, hair color, being tall or short.

Cole -I think every one of us wished that at one point or another, but if you are gay, then you are. It is a part of your inner being and is not a phase, trend, or anything but just you. No matter what anyone (even religious nut cases) tells you, you can't change this part of you. It is who you are.

Be who you are. You'll suffer less if you try not to conform to what others think or tell you to be. Sexual orientation is part of who you are and you can't change it, nor should you try to. Look at all the gay people (make and female) who tried to marry and be someone they weren't. Look at how much unhappiness that caused to their partners and themselves.

No. You need to understand that once nature makes a mistake, it can't reverse the process.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

No, no one "becomes" anything. You simply are or you aren't.

I think if a gay man wants to be straight, he can pray for that. I have faith that it could happen.
