It's probably the switch that is wrong. if you are handy i know a bit about electricity. then you should check the switch itself if there only one switch controling this light then CLOSE THE BREAKER remove the switch join the 2 wire on the switch togheter witch a marette ( its a switch bypass) . IF THERE IS MORE THEN 2 WIRE on the switch itself AND YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DO call an electrician.
If there only 2 wire and you made the bypass put the breaker back on. If it trigger call and electricians. Its not supposed to trigger, so if it stay in place then look at you light if is on. if yes its your switch go buy one at hardware store.
if light still off. it can be the light socket or the breaker that is faulty. that can be a loosen wire somewere between the breaker box , the switch and the light socket. there many other thing possible like a drilled wire.
PS.:by the way english is not my primary language that the reason i sound maybe a bit weird even when i write, as i learn english playing Maniac Mansion with a dictionnary...couple years ago.

Turm off the power; Take the swithc out and connect the two wires on it together and turn the power back on. if it's the switch than the lights will work,. replace switch if bad.
If it isn't the switch ( make sure you have power at the switch, and feeding though it) than check power at the light to be sure it is getitng there.

i bet you really didnt check the breaker... and one is looking sort of on ...yet is really in the middle position.. go check again then switch it all the way OFF, then on to reset it...ORRRR you may have these lights run off a gfci circuit...which means check any gfci outlet and reset them....

Loose wires could be your problem,
Chech for power with an Eluminated test screwdriver.
If power is ok, the bulbs have gone, usually caused by someone touching the bulb.

Go to the store and buy one of those testers to check the outlets that aren't working. Then you will know if it's just that outlet. That's all you need to check.
