And the install prowgram dosent recanis the printer, Ive turn it on turned it off !! my eyes are qear and red.I think the downlowd has muct up USB ports,whan I look at the confegaraytion it says 0 ,Ive been on line to HP but I am thinking of giving up now its not me but I have anther life(*-*)I am dyslexic I find it hard to hold all the infow in my head to sought it out !!

Unplug your HP printer from the computer.
Open the Printer section (of the Control Panel)
Delete the HP printer
Go to the Add/Remove programs section and UNINSTALL the HP Printer software
Restart the computer
Get your original HP printer disks
Insert the disk, and install the software
Follow the instructions and insert the USB cable for the printer when it's done.
If the printer then works, use MSCONFIG to disable the Hp Update software. That way you won't run into trouble again.
