Need a video card for my computer, but which one?

I currently have a small frame Dell Optiplex GX620 business computer that i am playing Battle Field 1942 and soon Battle Field 2 on. I can play 1942 on it but every once in a while a will get a screen delay. I want to buy a video card but which one supports my Dell GX620 small frame desk top ?
