i need some tips on how to throw and catch a football?

The single best tip is to make sure you throw it like the stabbing motion in the movie "Psycho." You need to move your arm in a very straight motion or it will wobble.

basically u need to pull the ball into ur body when u catch a football. try to make your body absorb the pressure of the impact. this way its easier for you to catch the ball.

when throwin the football you basically have to use the seam on the side of the fotball. depending on your hand size you can either use the seam closest to u and the 3rd closest with your pinky and ring finger. and then you release it like a baseball.

try passing the ball while in a kneeling position...while cathing always try to catch one handed. This really works! It increases arm strenth and makes two handed catches seem easy.

put your fingers in the lacings. everyother gap gets a finger kinda like this

and throw it using your whole arm bring your elbow to your ear and as you pass your face you straighten your arm and follow thru
