I never did say that EVERYONE DID NOT CARE! I said some people. Also not all US money is spent on other countries. My problem is CERTAIN people who seem to believe that their world is perfect or are trying to make themselves believe because of all the violence. When kids are going to bed hungry its a problem. I posted that question so I could get more people to help the cause.

Honey, no matter what you say, there is *always* at least one idiot who will misunderstand and take offence at you.
They're either jealous of you being proactive or jealous that you achieve when they aren't.
Let them take offence, you can't help that, you just have to keep going.
Regarding your subject, the reason they take offence falls under apathy and it only proves your point.

why would the U.S. help poverty stricken families in another country when there are kids starving, homeless, and poor in OUR own country??????
my belief is that before we help individuals in other countries, we need to help the poverty stricken families in OUR country!!!!
