There's a really long discussion of it here on Babycenter that I found. It's confusing because some people's doctors said no, some said yes. Someone said Proactive says no, but that they are only doing that in case of lawsuits. It's confusing but I am posting this link because there is a ton of discussion and the people on there have direct experience with this:

As long as there is not salycilic acid in the stuff then its fine. Salycilc acid can cause birth defects. Just because you dont ingest it doesnt mean its ok. But I have read that Proactive is completely safe to use during pregnancy.

dont see why not it isnt like its a medicin that gets in your system it is more like a very good soap that kills bacteria and cleans up dirt and face oil realy well. so i think you can use it.

I don't see why you couldn't use it if you are pregnant. It doesn't state to discontinue use if pregnant. I don't see where it could harm your body.
