In a word, NO. Your egg can fit on the head of a pin. When you get pregnant, you can't feel the baby per se, only the movements that the baby causes to your uterus, and even then they're very slight because of all the fluid the baby's surrounded in. That doesn't happen until about the fourth month, sooner for following pregnancies. Your boyfriend needs to listen more closely, or you need a different doctor. You don't have a chicken egg in your belly :P

You can't feel the egg. If you are pregnant, it is no longer an egg but an embryo...and you can't even feel that until much later in the pregnancy. Just about the only way to know you are pregnant is to take a test or deliver a baby. :)

NO! That is insane. You can feel the uterus and feel the embryonic sac getting bigger, but that is after you are a few months along.

well actually it takes a few mons to feel it, you dont even start showing until about 4 mons. and its is really hard to even think you are unless you get the symptoms
