were to get second code for team rocket manision?

there is a team rocket hideout in five island the first code isn goldeen need a log but it need another code dont know were to get it help please.

You'll need to head to island six and head to the building with brallie on the door. Use cut on it and head inside. You'll need to fall down the holes to get to the sapphire plate. As you go to grab it a rocket scientist will drop from the top and steal it and give you the second code, challenging you to come to the hideout on island five and defeat him.
