Because it is winter, you could go to a park with cabins to stay in. Make cocoa, sing songs, sit by the fireplace with smores, go on a sleigh ride, have snowball fights, build a snowman, and other winter activites. But, of course, snow will be required. Lol. (laugh out loud)

I would suggest to plan each day out starting with breakfast , then activities, Lunch then activities and dinner, activities The activities can be use more than once and I found that putting in a guest speaker is always nice.I had a man from a Musical Bell factory talk once, very informative.You would be surprise how many people enjoy talking about a hobby or a Job .(astronomy, collecting, even a SING ALONG.

Try Malta or Brazil if you like history and would like to see churches and architecture, plus the people are nice in both these places.
(Both of mainly Catholic faiths).
