Parents can't make that determination. There are things that they can do to increase the CHANCES of one sex over the other, but nothing even close to a guarantee.
DOCTORS can give the best advice about what techniques are most likely to work. Do NOT trust advice from anyone on Yahoo answers. There is a LOT of false information out there.
Remember, anytime someone tells you a story about something that worked, please recall that it starts with a 50/50 chance of being right WITHOUT doing anything special.

before steve irwin died he did tests and proved that when kangaroos have a girl the season was hot and when they had a boy the season in australia was cold it works the same for people

Having sex is a great start. As far as the sex of the naturally conceived embryo, that is a crap shoot.
