For me it was from my first time, and every time, on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana (sober). Then again it was from my first time, and every time, on Saint George Street in Saint Augustine, Florida (similar looking streets). I'm not of French or Spanish decent (Scott/Irish/Cherokee).
Maybe one of my ancestors was there and it's a memory passed down through DNA. There is study that suggests this possibility.

Yes.

For me, I've usually seen it before in a dream, and when I get that flash of Deja Vu, I usually flash for a second back to the dream, and rememer the dream eye view of that exact mental image.

Very annoying, never happens with lottery numbers.

Yes, it has happened to almost everyone. Its something we can't explain. I guess it has something to do with past life or something. If people knew why 'deja vu' happens, that would really answer your question. Nobody knows why that happens.

It could be deja vu or you are remembering something from a past life.
