Thats basically what i need to know, any help would be much appreciated.

It is the "constitutionel conflict" in Prussia which was at that time the dominating power in what is today Germany, it culminated that the parliament denied the king a budget for his army (which was a main pillar of the state) and with this questioned the authority of the king. In consequence Bismarck became chancellor of Prussia and even as the king was the head of state and the souvereign from now on Bismarck was the strongest political figure in Prussia playing on one side the king and on the other side the parlament.

You get everlasting activity of a soldier and extra promotions in devil's militia. long term result's-----you would be unable to connect the club of angels. that's obtrusive that your desire/goals/thoughts take shape like a devil once you connect the corrupt forces.
