Waaaaaay overpriced.
You could probably make the same thing with stuff from a crafts store for about $10.

I would normally tell you to buy it / have them buy it, if you can afford it. I agree with your mom--EEE GHAD! I have a suggestion for you: Make a similar one that you know you'll be just as pleased with. Go to: www@orientaltradingco.com. They sell things by unit and bulk (ie: beads and all the materials you could need to make a bracelet). Since there are usually enough materials for several, why not form a club of girls and agree that the one braclet you make is one unifying thing that binds you together? If you decide to do it, keep them. Years from now, since people change in looks over the years, pull them out as forms of "ID" of one another.

I think it looks junky and cheap. Juicy is a fad. I would buy too much of it. Remember Used Jeans by Ellie? They didn't last either. If you like Shopping at Neiman, and still like Juicy, try this one (see below). It looks beautiful and doesn't sceam trendy:
