Caribbean Blue Eyes
Brows: Touch up if necessary. Fill in bare spots with shadow or pencil. Be sure to brush brows to soften color.
Highlighter: Optional, but for blue eyes you might want to choose a pale pink pearl.
Lid Shadow: Brush pale pearl gray onto the inner corner of the lid, with a darker shades of pearl gray on the outer edge of eye. This will make the eyes appear wider. Do the reverse if your eyes are too far apart. Add just a pinch of sea blue shadow at the corners.
Crease: Using a brush, work a little of the darker gray shadow into the crease area and blend well so that edges are softened.
Liner: Black liner on top lid finishing off with a little blue which will be smudged into bottom lashes.
Mascara: Black

a good way to get blue or green eyes to pop out more is by using purple shades. you can use a dark purple on the crease of your eye lid and use a lighter color on the rest of your eye or you can use a purple color on the outer corners of your eye and use a different color on the inner corners of the eye lid and just remember to blend the colors together. a good combo would be purple and a plumy red color. blend blend blend

Wear any shade of brown shadow. This will really make your eyes pop. Also, if you wear a blue shirt or dress, this will make your blue eyes bluer.

If you have dark to medium blue eyes, I would use a light blue shadow. It will bring them forth. If you have light blue eyes, use a light brush of white and lavender combination (white--upper; lavender--lower lid). It will make them pop.

since it's fall i would go with some earthy tones, browns, deep green, grey, and silver respectably coordinating with your outfit... but if you do a smoky eye effect, it softens the lids and makes your eyes pop.
