Its a tough question
There are people who you see and think "They couldn't have known that" like James Van Praagh. Also, Derren Brown can read minds but is adamant that he has no psychic powers. When you see him at work, you doubt its anything else than a psychic ability.
The trouble is, you have too many con artists within this field. I doubt if everyone who claims they have the ability are telling the truth.
So I would answer: YES, but only a short list of people.

Some just do it for money and they know how to work with the info some people provide but then there r people like a close friend of our family.She has never done it for a living or made a penny for doing it.She has done it a couple of times and then got very ill after each time she did it.The person that got it done wrote everything down and it wasn't a bunch of bull she was very specific about things and it ALL ended up true.It has been proven to me so i know it is true .

i think people can be physcic but i dont think anyone can be all the time so they can make money
