i have this friend and he is becoming my worst enemy he has torched my friend to go with her and she keeps denying him and he has took it the wrong and made her life hell and he is starting to move onto me. what do i do i want rid of him but how do i get rid of him without making it ovbious?

There is no nice way of saying to this guy "look I do not care for how you are with my friends, I do not want to go out with you. I would appreciate it if you would just move on".
Or something rather. Nothing you say is going to come out "nice". Being passive aggressive never helps anyone, tell him like it is....

well you're gonna have to make it obvious cause how else will he know.. just tell him what you just wrote. .. just re-word it that's all so he won't over react.. tell him that the friendship is not the same and you don't feel the need to go on with it.. think of it as if you're about to break up with someone.. in a way.. you are..

in this situation tyme is probably the best thing, this will pass with time, he just has to get over himself that's all, he'll move on if not them just tell him that if he was really your friend he wouldn't be actin this way.
