Dude, on Myspace, there are a lot of artists that have their newest songs on their pages and you can download them for free. Only thing that sucks is that they don't always have the song your looking for... but they usually have the newest ones.

If you want paid music just go to http://www.mp3.com it has all.
Or if you want free illegal mp3 try http://www.mp3int.com or http://www.mp3raid.com there should be.
I prefer using a P2P prog like Limewire http://www.limewire.com
