how to work on motions & if your double jointed in your elbows does that effect your motions at all?

Practice doing motions with 5lbs weights in both your hands. That way when you are doing your motions without them it will be a lot easier to hold them longer and stiffer.

I have kids on my team who, when they 'snap' a motion, over-extend their elbows. The trick is they need to learn to hit what looks like a snap without actually going all the way to the point of hyper-extension. That just requires practicing in front of a mirror and getting a feel for where and when to bring those motions to a halt since they can't use locking out their arms as a guideline.

make sure u cut ur words n each time u do a word it's a motion so it makes u hit the motion just make sure ur stiff n also about being double jointed doesnt effect enything cuz i am so dont worry just be stiff and thats all u need to worry bout

there is NO SUCH THING AS DUBBLE JOINTS!!! IT IS A OVER EXTENTION OF YOUR JOINT!!!
