to make ur toe touches higher start off with pencil jumps then practice by kickeing one leg out 2 da side n do da same with the other leg but everytime u kick dont let ur foot hit the ground make sure its flexed then wen u kick u point and then after just put it and do it and a great stretch that helped me alot anytime ur watching tv or just not doing anything just get on ur straddle hold it n lil by lil u fall in it

To make them better make sure you always point your toes. Also work on your flexibility. Sit in a straddle position every day. To make them higher simply work on jumping. If accessible try to work on a trampoline every day for 15 min.

Streching makes a big diffrence
Practicing on a trampoline will you jump higher and get your legs higher on the ground

Have someone stand behind you and they will hold your hips and lift up.
and you just kick them out as hard, and as far as you can.
So that like 2 times each day with 20 reps.
I got mine WAY!!! and I mean WAY!!!!! higher and prettier, and like good.

My best answer would be to stretch and work at it. You can't get better if you don't practice.
