That's a pretty broad question. Perhaps next time you might want to include a little more detail - and capitalisation.

Well, you weren't very specific as to what was blocked. BUT, if it's the spam pop-up blocker, you unblock web pages by clicking on the blocker icon and allowing those sites. If it's websites you are having a problem accessing, this could mean your Internet options need to be adjusted; like the security settings or cookies.

go in t your control panel and click on internet options
click on the tab that say priviacy, then click on the default button
that will fix this issue
