What is the Lambda Chi Initiation Ritual`?

My best friends brother is in Lambda Chi and the third floor of the Frat is locked and its used for the Initiation ritual, no one who is in that Frat will tell me what the big secret of their initiation is...my question is what the hell is it; I am a very curious person someone who knows or who could find out please tell me.

those kids in frats who buy their friends with dues won't tell their secret. I think there are better things to worry about in college; i.e. where you're drinking tonight and who you're taking home afterwards.
