What is The Queens English? If they are not understood are the business community mad for they have stated that they prefer a Scottish accent for its clarity and that is why they staff their call centre's with Scottish operators.
So much for the Queens English, leave it for the Essex presenters on chat shows, that is, if one can understand their gibberish.

most don't want to be part of the retarded monarchy and they can speak the way they want the same way the scousers and others do. they pay taxes to the queen who doesn't do anything at all for them.

i'm not glaswegian..but i am a scot! and proud of it..!!! i live and work in england communicate perfectly well with all i have contact with!!! untill............barnsley....!!!need i say more.
