Just use good ol' "bleach" and make sure you can open up a window or put a fan into the bathroom. Using 100% bleach will kill mold and mildew. You can also purchuse a new product by Mr. Clean called Magic Eraser and it is great. Happy cleaning!! Be careful using the bleach, but it will clean things like no other!!

I have these same problems and use these less stinky ideas.
Soap scum and calcium build up - vinegar works great, it will need to sit awhile and can also be used in the shower head, if you can pour some in and let it sit for an hour. Don't use vinegar on caulking though, it will eat it.
mold on caulking - bleach it, follow the instruction on the bottle.

Scrubbing Bubbles is my bathtub cleaner of choice after trying many of them.
I would use a bleach solution to get rid of the mold or just scrape the caulking out and put new caulking in.

Kaboom. For the mold, a bathroom cleaner with bleach. Clorox Clean-Up is a good one.
