Ive been doing them for about a week now and i dont really see any results.when i usually do them i make my calves hard and then go up and down slowly. So i was wondering when do i actually see results in doing them? And also will they help me get faster and jump higher?

try getting jumpsoles, if not just jump jump jump!!!! trust me keep jumping and you will improve your vert by a lot! to get faster just run!!!
so basically
jump to jump better
run to run better

You are going to need to raise the number of "reps" you are doing if you expect IMMEDIATE results. They are not going to help you run faster - to do that, grab hold of a medicine ball and run sprints at the end of practice. Also, a parachute - resistance training - will increase your speed somewhat. To really increase your jumping ability, check a sports store that specializes in used sports training gear and see if they have weight vests available.

get strength shoes, only way to skyrocket your vert and your quickness, trust me i used them. But be prepared to bust your as* in the workout with them it's hard, but gotta put in work to get results in sports. Toe raises won't do dic*.

squat jumps, simple jumping as high as you can trying to touch the rim
