Yeah I know i never go in the sun the white stripes always seem to be outdoors

use a high SPF-- My son is really pale and burns like mad in the sun so I make him wear an SPF 70- it blocks out ALL the sun... or become a cellar dwellar vampire and live in your rents basement and work from home online. Only go out after dark.

make up....and some people are naturally pale and do not tan~
