Yes, I too, am on central time. I have stayed on around the clock and seen different users here, depending on the time.

The USA is the center of the media, business and pop-culture world. Therefore, the BEST time zone is arguably EST.
Think of it this way, but the time the Central folks, then the Pacific Time Zone folks are up and going, the Eastern time zoners are already well into their day. Cases-in-point, the stock market open, the Today show, 9:11 happening at 8:45 EST...
Central Time sucks worst of all, IMHO. You don't have the benefit of the up-all-night feel of the West coast...Fly-Over states suck! ;-)

After visiting Hawaii, I love there's now, its two hours earlier than mine which is Pacific time and is now 12:11PM so in Hawaii it'd only be 10:11AM. I think that's better, the days seemed to go on for ever.

It's all relative. The only problem is with live TV shows. Even if they originate on the west coast they are shown on the east coast live and 3 hours later on the west coast.

I like mine because it is the only time difference in the world that is a half hour, rather than an hour..

we turn our clocks up an hour in april,thats the time i like.
