use these scans to remove it.
Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

Nothing against the previous answer but do not use spybot it sucks. I used to use it a long time ago but I found that spybot misses a lot. When I did a comparision with spybot and adware spybot missed a lot and adware missed nothing on my scan.
I also use ccleaner and avast antivirus (the home addition is free) Avast is the best antivirus software that I have used. I have used nortons and mcaffe and Avast came out on top.
If you get adware run the scan and then DL ccleaner and it will remove all key logs.

The "Critical Errors" warning is a scam. It is usually caused by the Smitfraud infection. Almost all "general purpose, all-in one" spyware and virus removal programs cannot remove it.
To remove go here go here, download the free, specialised tool called SmitFraudFix v2.126 and follow the procedure.

And here is another removal tool and procedure to remove Smitfraud:

Good luck.

Your in hardship. do no longer do any on line banking something the place you need to use very own data. quite some those viruses or malware infections incorporate key loggers which checklist all the suggestions despatched in the process the internet. the least complicated element you're able to do is reformat the computing device meaning that it will be basically like new and you would be care-freed from any infections basically acquire an anti-virus after the reformat to avert those problems
