I actually just had a ham and turkey on wheat with Provolone cheese, lettuce, pickles, green peppers, light onion, and chipotle sauce, it was great!

honey wheat bread, chipotle southwestern sauce (no mayo/no mustard), turkey, ham, roast beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, bell peppers, cucumbers, jalapenos, peperoncinis. No oil, No vinegar. yum.

No olives under any circumstances.

Complete the meal with a bag of salt and vinegar potato chips and a lemonade. Good eatin'

Hmm, Chicken with everything except jalapenos and...I can't remember what sauce or whatever it's called. Well, it's good that's all I know..ah chipotle sauce. Don't forget to have them toast it..that is if you like it toasted. Well, hope that that helps. Have a great day!!!

tell em you want a lil bit of everything the have in the place and then ask them to cut it and wrap it individually and before you leave .. be sure to order a diet soda

I like the BMT with x-tra cheese, lettuce, onions, and oil and vinegar...yum. OH! and toasted.

eat a veggie sub. its the only way you are going to get fresh ingredients. all of the meat there is so processed.

you should not go to sub way at all, the ingrediants they use are all packed with preservatives, go to a local sandwhich bar...LAZY
