my best guy friend who i kinda happen to love if having a party tonight, what should i wear? and what kind of make up should i use?

Depends on what kind of a party it is. If it's just a get together with friends, wear something like a pair of jeans and a camisole with a jacket over it. And you can wear boots or flats with the outfit. For makeup, keep it simple and nice.
Don't go all out just for him. Just be you and don't go overboard with clothes and makeup tonight.

dont go over board with the makeup boys dont like that i recommend you put a little eye liner on and some cute lip gloss nothing to bright on your lips and make sure you dont out to much or either one on. I think that u shouldnt wear a dress or a skirt today because it colds i think that u should wear a cute causal set like a sexy shirt and some jeans and some matching pumps that'll be sexy an causal and flashy but not to flashy

put on light makeup and mascara to pop out ur eyes and don't fill ur face up with make up it will look ugly. for ur outfit something that expresses u and not to clingy rocky just normal like its not a big deal

makeup: dont put too much on..just maybe eyeliner, and thats it.
outfit: if its a formal party, then black pants and maybe a white blouse, or a black dress
if its one of those parties to have fun and dance and stuff, then maybe a denim mini skirt, with a nice top, or jeans with a nice sexy top.;]

wear tall boots and a medium length skirt, a nice plain top. then use plum-colored eyeshadow and black mascara. it will make your eyes "pop". have a good time, oh and some lip gloss.
